At the end of the 19th century, an old abandoned mine became the guardian of another very precious commodity derived from milk: cheese, which was soon exported overseas.
The care and quality of the past have been handed down for 5 generations and the experience of refining and selection make this business one of the best cheese producers in Italy.

Today, Luigi Guffanti produces the best dairy products from all over Italy in his cellars and sells Italian and European dairy products at the retail level.

You can visit the cellars during the following opening hours:
from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (Thursday and Friday until 7 p.m.).
Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
